The gite in Germs is very spacious and very comfortable 

with its large living room (60m2), comprising integrated kitchen / bar 

and lounge area with large stone fireplace with a wood stove.

Equipment : electric heating and large stone fireplace with a wood stove,

 telephone box in the village (about  50 meters away), colour television,

fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, freezer (103 litres) , dish washer, microwave,

4 gas rings, oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric whisk, pressure cooker, etc.....

 

 Sanitary facilities : 2 bathrooms. 

Extras : Washing machine, iron and ironing board

 

1 bathroom with toilet and 1 shower-room with seperate toilet .

Large bathroom downstairs with bath/shower,

bidet, washbasin and toilet and wall cupboard. 

Upstairs there is a shower-room with washbasin

and mirrored wall-cabinet 

and a seperate toilet.

 

Outside :

2 sets of garden furniture,

2 large stones-built BBQ.

Charcoal and firelighters

 are provided - please replace 

what you use.
